Privacy Policy

This policy explains how iNodes Information Technologies (“iNodes”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use this website. We have written it in plain words. It covers this website only. If you are a hosting customer, see the section on hosting below.

Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form

The contact form asks for:

• Your email address, so we can reply.
• Your business name.
• The service you’re interested in, such as a website, an online store or AI chatbots.
• The approximate size of your project.

We also record the date and time you sent the form, and that it came from this website. We do not ask for your phone number, address or payment details on this form.

The form contains a hidden field that people never see. If it is filled in, we treat the submission as spam and discard it.

When you contact us another way

If you WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation, such as your name, number and message. Those conversations are also covered by the terms and privacy policies of the service you use (for example WhatsApp or your email provider).

Information we use briefly to stop spam

To stop the form from being abused, our server keeps your device’s IP address in memory for a short time (about ten minutes) to limit how many messages can be sent from one address. It is not saved to a database and is cleared automatically.

What we don’t collect

• No tracking cookies. This website does not set cookies to track you.
• No analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or similar third-party trackers on this website.
• No third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

If this changes, for example if we add website analytics, we will update this policy first.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us only to:

• reply to your enquiry,
• arrange a consultation and prepare a proposal or quote, and
• keep a record of our conversation with you.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Where your information goes

When you send the contact form, your details are sent over a secure, encrypted connection to the system our team uses to receive enquiries. If that system is temporarily unavailable, the submission may be recorded in our server’s technical logs so it isn’t lost.

We may use trusted service providers (for example, for email or hosting) to run our business. They can only use your information to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

Links to other websites

This website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, our client billing portal and our support portal. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don’t control.

Hosting customers

If you buy hosting, domains or related services from us, your account is managed through our billing portal at billing.inodes.com.pk. The terms and policies shown in that portal apply to your account and the information it holds.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
