The information on this website is general. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. Descriptions of our services explain what we typically offer. The exact scope of any project is set out in its written proposal.
How our services are agreed
- Free consultation. Talking to us, or receiving a consultation, does not commit you to anything.
- Written proposal. Every project is described in a written proposal that sets out the scope, timeline, price and payment terms.
- Quotes. A quote is not binding until both you and iNodes accept the proposal, for example by signing it or confirming it in writing.
- Changes. If the scope changes during a project, we agree the change and any effect on price or timeline in writing first.
If anything in a signed proposal or contract differs from these terms, the proposal or contract applies to that project.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to iNodes or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts with credit.
Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project’s proposal or contract.
Links to other websites
This website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our billing and support portals. We are not responsible for the content or policies of websites we don’t control.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep this website useful and accurate. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on general information on this website, and
- we are not responsible for problems caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited. Our responsibilities for a project are set out in that project’s proposal or contract.
Hosting services
Hosting, domains, email hosting and server services are provided under the terms shown in our billing portal at billing.inodes.com.pk. Those terms include our 7-day money-back guarantee and set out how it applies. If they differ from these website terms, the billing portal terms apply to hosting services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore. [Owner or lawyer to confirm.]

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
